Our Story

Marvelous Support Inc was started in Westminster, Maryland, to transform disability services from “care” to true partnership. We support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in shaping their own lives, choosing where they live, and building meaningful relationships. Our organization was created to close the gap between promised autonomy and real-life experience by ensuring every decision centers on helping each person live on their own terms.

Grounded in person-centered planning, rights, and community inclusion, our work reflects our BRIDGE values—Belonging, Rights, Individualized Supports, Dignity, Growth, and Excellence. We are focused on expanding self-direction, increasing competitive integrated employment, and strengthening community partnerships. Our goal is simple: to ensure every person we support lives a meaningful, self-determined life.
